Persalys 16.1 release

The new version of Persalys 16.1 is now available with a few number of fixes and improvements:

• Installation of Python module: in order to simplify the addition of Python modules in Persalys, an internal module has been integrated into Persalys. The added modules are installed either in the ~/.persalys_base folder on Linux, or in \AppData\Roaming\Persalys\ on Windows. This information is described in the documentation de Persalys
• Improved optimization: a number of bugs have been discovered and resolved. In addition, non-optimized output quantities are now available in the results table.
• Automation of the detection of variable names when loading an observation file: this allows the correct columns to be directly associated with the variables if the header corresponds to the variable names.
